Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Captures platform (capture.rs). Please read them carefully: by registering a studio, signing in or using the service, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the studio you represent.
1. Who we are and who these terms apply to
Captures is provided by Iso Studio from Kragujevac, Serbia (“we”, “us”). The provider details are shown at the top of this page.
These terms apply to:
- studios — photographers, filmmakers and other businesses or sole traders who open an account (“studio”, “you”);
- team members invited by a studio into its account;
- a studio’s clients and guests who open the studio’s galleries, portal, contracts, invoices or store — only the provisions about viewing and using shared content apply to them.
Captures is a business tool. A studio account may only be opened by an adult who is authorised to act for the studio.
2. The service
Captures is software for photo and video studios which, depending on the plan, includes:
- client galleries with favorites, comments, downloads and face recognition;
- video delivery and review with timecoded comments and version approval;
- inquiries, CRM, calendar, tasks and workflows;
- contracts with electronic signatures, quotes and invoices with IPS QR codes and UBL export;
- a public API, webhooks and integrations.
Features evolve and may change. We announce any material reduction of a paid plan’s features in advance, as described under “Changes to these terms”.
3. Account and sign-in
You sign in with an email and password or with a Google account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all actions taken from your account. We recommend two-factor authentication for all team members, and it should be required for anyone with access to finances. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact us.
4. Team and roles
The studio owner invites team members and assigns their roles. The studio is responsible for the actions of its team members as for its own. When a team member leaves the studio, the owner must revoke their access.
5. Plans, billing and tax
Current plans, prices and limits (storage, team seats, features) are published on the Pricing page.
Captures subscriptions are sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice, charges VAT or other tax where required and processes the payment; Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the purchase itself.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and the difference is prorated over the remaining period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep your plan until then.
- Payments for a started period are not refunded, except where the law requires it or Paddle grants a refund under its own rules.
- If a payment fails, we may limit the account until the balance is settled; your data is not deleted.
A new studio may start on a free or trial plan; its limits are shown in the billing settings.
6. Studios and their clients
Captures is software. A studio can use it to prepare proposals, contracts, invoice documents and print or album order forms for its own clients. The studio is the seller in every such transaction; Captures is not a party to the contract between the studio and its client.
Captures does not receive, hold, transfer or settle payments between a studio and its clients, and takes no commission. An IPS QR slip on a studio's invoice contains the studio's own bank account, so the client pays the studio directly from their own bank. Captures does not offer card payment processing for studios' invoices or orders; product orders are paid by the client to the studio on delivery (cash on delivery).
The studio is responsible for its prices, tax and accounting obligations, fiscalisation and submitting invoices to SEF where required, delivering products and handling its clients' complaints.
7. Your content
All rights to the photos, videos, texts and documents you upload remain with you or your clients.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to store, copy, convert (previews, video streaming), display and deliver that content — only as far as needed to provide the service to you, make backups and protect the system. This right ends when the content is deleted, except for backups until they expire.
We do not use your content for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed to upload the content, including the consent of identifiable people in photos and videos where it is required.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- upload or share unlawful content, content that infringes others’ copyright or privacy, or sexual content involving minors;
- send unsolicited messages or use our email services for bulk sending without a legitimate basis;
- try to access other studios’ data, circumvent plan limits or compromise the security of the system;
- overload the system with automated requests beyond the published API limits;
- resell the service without our written approval.
If these rules are broken, we may remove the content in question, or limit or suspend the account. Unless it is an emergency or a legal obligation, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Face recognition
The “Find me” feature is off by default. A studio turns it on per gallery and thereby confirms it has a legal basis for that processing (above all, informing people in the photos and obtaining their consent where required). Guests give explicit consent before sending a selfie.
The studio marks galleries that contain minors, and face recognition cannot be turned on in them. Processing details are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Processing data on behalf of the studio (DPA)
For personal data of clients, guests and other people that a studio enters or uploads, the studio is the controller and we are the processor. By accepting these terms you enter into a data processing agreement with us with the following content:
- we process the data only on your instructions — given through the settings and use of the platform — and only to provide the service;
- people with access to the data are bound by confidentiality;
- we apply the technical and organisational security measures described in the Privacy Policy;
- we use the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy and give advance notice of changes to the list, with a right to object;
- we help you respond to data subject requests and meet your security and impact-assessment obligations;
- we notify you of a personal data breach affecting your data without undue delay, and no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of it;
- when the service ends, we delete the data within the periods stated in the Privacy Policy, unless the law requires retention;
- on reasonable request, we make available the information needed to verify compliance with these obligations.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Availability and backups
We work to keep the service available without interruption and to protect data against loss with backups and regular integrity checks of originals. Planned maintenance is done at low-traffic times and announced when possible.
The service is provided “as is”, without a contractual availability guarantee (SLA), unless agreed otherwise in writing. We recommend keeping your originals outside the platform as well.
12. Cancellation, export and deletion
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the billing settings. Before and after cancellation, while the retention period lasts, you can download originals, contracts, invoices and a data export.
We delete a cancelled studio’s data within the period stated in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of a serious or repeated breach of these terms; in that case we refund the prorated part of any prepaid subscription, except when terminating for a breach.
13. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damage caused by the content or actions of the studio, its clients or third parties.
Our total liability on any basis is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
The studio indemnifies us against damage and costs arising from third-party claims based on content the studio uploaded or on the studio’s breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We notify studio owners of material changes by email and in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails, the competent court in Kragujevac has jurisdiction. Consumer protection provisions and other mandatory rules that the law grants you remain in effect.
16. Contact
Send questions about these terms through the contact form at capture.rs/contact. We reply within a few business days.
