We don't count photos, galleries or hours of video — the only limit is your plan's storage. As you get close we let you know, and existing galleries keep working.
How the subscription works
What you pay for, how it renews and how to stop it.
- What you get
- Access to the Captures web app for your studio and the storage of your plan, available right after sign-up. Captures is software — nothing is shipped.
- Price and currency
- The monthly price shown for each plan, in euros. Taxes are calculated at checkout according to your country.
- Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, and nothing is charged after that.
- Refunds
- A started month isn't refunded, except where the law requires it or Paddle grants a refund under its buyer terms. See Refunds & cancellation.
- Who bills you
- Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; Paddle issues the invoice and processes the payment for Captures.

Frequently asked questions
Do you limit the number of photos?
No. We don't count photos, galleries or hours of video — the only limit is your plan's storage. How many photos fit depends on the size of the files you deliver. Delete a gallery and the space comes back.
How is video counted?
Like any other file: it uses your plan's storage, with no separate limit in hours. In the studio you see an estimate of how many more hours of film fit, worked out from the size of the films you've already uploaded. Delete a video and the space comes back.
What exactly do I get on the free plan?
100 GB for photos and video, 3 active galleries at a time, video up to 1080p, a studio website, inquiry forms and contracts. No time limit, no card. When you need more storage or galleries, upgrade in a couple of clicks.
What is Captures?
Captures is a cloud-based SaaS platform for photographers and videographers to store, organize, showcase and deliver their photos and videos through online client galleries, with tools for proofing, projects and client communication.
How does billing work?
Photographers and studios pay a recurring monthly subscription for access to Captures software and cloud storage. Paddle sells the subscription as merchant of record, issues the invoice and handles tax.
Does Captures process payments between photographers and their clients?
No. Captures does not receive, hold or transfer money between studios and their clients and is not a party to those transactions. Studios can prepare invoice documents in Captures, and their clients pay the studio directly. Captures does not offer card payment processing for studios.
Is Captures a marketplace?
No. Captures doesn't sell photography services or connect buyers with sellers for payment. It is software a studio uses for its own galleries, projects and client communication; each studio works with its own clients.
Do you take a commission when my clients pay me?
No. Captures charges only the monthly subscription. Your clients pay you directly — for example by bank transfer using the IPS QR slip on your invoice — and the money never passes through Captures.
What happens when my storage fills up?
We let you know as you get close. New uploads pause only when it's full, and existing galleries keep working. You can add storage 1 TB at a time or move to a bigger plan.
Do you delete galleries when the subscription ends?
No. When a plan ends the studio moves to the free plan, and every gallery, original, contract and invoice stays. Galleries already published stay available; limits apply only to new publishing and new uploads. We warn you before anything expires.
Where are my photos stored?
Originals are stored on servers in Europe, with regular integrity checks of every file. Gallery previews are served from a fast cache.
Can I issue invoices through SEF?
Yes. Every invoice has a UBL export following CIUS-SRB, and you can send B2B invoices to SEF directly from Captures with your SEF API key.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Pro and Studio plans. Add a CNAME record at your domain registrar and verify the domain in your studio settings.
How do I move from another platform?
In the studio open Galleries → “Move from another platform”. Add ZIPs exported from Pic-Time, Pixieset or another platform, a folder of galleries, or links (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer). Each export becomes a gallery, scenes and sets stay sets, and parts of big galleries are joined. Need a hand? Write to us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the subscription is monthly. Before cancelling you can download all originals, contracts and invoices.
