How to deliver wedding photos: the full workflow
A good wedding delivery has five steps: cull, edit within the agreed timeline, send a sneak peek within days, deliver an online gallery with web-size and full-resolution files, and run a structured album selection. Behind it all: at least two backup copies of the originals and a clear retention period.

How much does an online gallery for photographers cost in 2026?
Online client galleries cost anywhere from free to about 50 dollars or euros a month. For a photographer shooting 20–40 weddings a year a realistic budget is 10–25 a month, but the real difference between platforms is what that money buys: storage, video and whether they take a commission.

What a wedding photography contract should include
A wedding photography contract should name the parties, the date and hours of coverage, the package and price, the deposit and cancellation terms, the delivery deadline, copyright and usage rights, publication consent, force majeure and how personal data is handled. A clear contract protects both photographer and couple.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan needs no card and doesn’t expire: 100 GB for photos and video and 3 active galleries at a time.
How many photos can I upload?
As many as fit in your plan's storage — we don't count photos or galleries. Video shares the same storage.
How do clients watch video?
Films stream in Full HD (1080p, plus 360p for weak connections) and start instantly, including on TVs via Chromecast or AirPlay. The full-quality original, up to 4K, is available to download.
Where are my photos stored?
Originals are kept in data centres in the European Union (Germany and Finland), with a backup copy. You can export or delete all your data at any time.
How do clients pay?
Invoices and proformas carry an IPS QR code: the client scans it in their banking app and the money goes straight to you, with no commission from us. Print orders are cash on delivery.
Is there a mobile app?
Captures is a web app you can install on your phone like an app (PWA). Galleries and the studio work in every modern browser.
Can I move from Pixieset or Pic-Time?
Yes. In the studio, under Galleries, click “Move from another platform” and add the ZIPs or a folder of galleries — each gallery is created for you, with its sets. You can also publish from Lightroom Classic. Need help moving? Write to us.

Your next gallery can be your most beautiful yet.
Set up your studio in two minutes. Free, no card, no limit on photos.
